Ran factor correlation analysis to identify and validate distinct audience segments. This project combined survey data and stitching together many behavioral variables from user history and gameplay telemetry.

Analysis to establish KPI thresholds for impact on user experience, from ideal to disruptive. Began with hypotheses from engineers vs modeling actuals against the framework to arrive at key benchmarks.

Built dynamic self-service monitoring tools for ops teams to rapidly identify and respond to issues. While backend live reporting could give outages, visualizations raised problems not anticipated in predetermined alerting logic.

Led the production and editing of studio level product health reporting with >50 contributors across departments to deliver comprehensive, digestible, actionable insights & recommendations for executive stakeholders.

Designed the full studio dashboards suite from scratch to enable robust monitoring and self-service data access. It was refreshing to have a clean slate to build from the ground up with best practices and new ideas!

Drove the hand-off of telemetry ownership from the analytics team's data engineers to the feature devs & producers to be accountable for event design, schema compliance, pre-prod QA, and contract SLAs. 

Guided each feature team across the studio to articulate a robust set of hypotheses for performance, measurement, and scenario planning to anticipate improvements as soon as launch data became available.

Directed collaborators to request and provide input at key project checkpoints to avoid derailing at presentations or final output share. Built high trust across authors and stakeholders in process & outputs, without slowing delivery.
